Every cylinder in our catalogue is made at our facility in Karatay, Konya — from st 52 drawn tube, with hard chromed stages, for a working pressure of 170 bar.
Hard chromed stages, drawn from st 52 tube
Every cylinder body is manufactured from st 52 grade cold drawn tube, and all stages are hard chrome plated — protecting the surface against both wear and corrosion.
Cylinders are designed for a working pressure of 170 bar, withstand up to 190 bar, and operate between −23 °C and +80 °C.
Every dimension tabulated, every code in the catalogue
From body length to stroke, from pivot length to bracket hole spacing, every dimension is listed in the type tables. The order code is built from those same figures: cylinder series, first stage diameter, number of stages, stroke and mounting type.
During installation the cylinder is pulled out by 30 mm, and the design allows a further +20 mm of tolerance on top of that.
Six cylinder types, two bracket families
The TA, TB, TC, TE and TH types are built for front end tippers and the TK type for under body systems. The number of stages ranges from 3 to 7 and the first stage diameter from 135 mm to 220 mm.
The lifting and chassis brackets that mount the cylinder to the vehicle are in the same catalogue. Standard colour is RAL 7016, and when the order code ends in 0002 the bolts, nuts and washers are supplied as well.
